What we collect

• Account information: when you subscribe, our payment processor (Stripe) collects your name, email, and payment details. We receive your email and subscription status — never your full card number.
• Product data: the minimum needed to provide the service (your store domain, product SKUs and inventory levels, waitlist signups (email/phone), and pre-order records. Customer emails/phones are used only to send the restock notifications they asked for.).
• Support correspondence: emails you send us.

What we don't do

• We don't sell your data. We don't share it with advertisers.
• We don't use your site's content to train models.

Cookies

This marketing site uses no tracking cookies. The product dashboard uses a single session cookie when you're signed in.

Data retention & deletion

Waitlist and pre-order records are kept for the life of your subscription plus 12 months. Shoppers can ask to be removed from a waitlist anytime via the merchant or us.
