The service

RestockFlow provides Shopify pre-order, waitlist, and back-in-stock notification software, as described on this site. Features listed are the features that exist — we don't sell roadmaps.

Billing

• Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance via Stripe.
• Cancel anytime from your Stripe customer portal link or by emailing us; you keep access until the end of the billing period. No refunds for partial months.

Acceptable use

• Don't use the service to break the law, spam people, or attack other systems.
• API keys are yours to protect; you're responsible for calls made with them.
• We may suspend accounts that abuse the service.

No guaranteed outcomes

We deliver notifications diligently, but we can't guarantee delivery rates (carriers and inbox providers have the final say) or any particular conversion rate from restock alerts.

Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim.

Changes

We'll post material changes here and email active customers before they take effect.
